Course Overview

Organizations at all levels have responsibility for using resources for the larger benefit of all and in
doing so have an obligation to be seen as adopting best practice and transparency not only in
leadership or the allocation of funds to projects but also in decision making at all times. This course is
designed for those at board levels including CEOs, Executive Directors, Directors, senior managers and
managers of organizations responsible for establishing framework for discharging governance and
providing oversight functions on the activities of management.
