Course Overview

    This course offers the opportunity to analyze and evaluate a range of negotiating and bargaining styles and behaviours. It is an interdisciplinary training programme designed for senior officers who are charged with the responsibility of human resource management, industrial conflict resolution and maintenance of peace in the industry. Human resources managers, trade union officials, public and private sector organizations and educational establishments can benefit from this training programme. Participants will be able to develop and promote a workplace organising approach to trade union duties which underpins successful negotiation.
